1. About Vestara

Vestara is an education and document-organisation service based at 58 Wichit Songkhram Road, Wichit, Phuket 83000, Thailand. We provide general, publicly available information on pension-related topics and tools to help individuals organise their own paperwork. We are not a regulated financial service provider, advisory firm, or licensed practitioner of any professional discipline.

2. Nature of Our Services

All services offered by Vestara — including the Topic Briefing Session, Paperwork Starter Kit, and Knowledge Membership — are educational and organisational in nature. Specifically:

• We provide general information on pension-related topics, drawing on publicly available sources.
• We offer document-organisation templates and guidance to help you arrange your own personal records.
• We facilitate community learning sessions and maintain a general topic question board.

Nothing we provide constitutes individual financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Our staff do not assess your personal circumstances, recommend specific financial products, or make projections about future outcomes. For professional advice relating to your individual situation, you should consult a suitably qualified and regulated professional.

3. Bookings and Payments

When you book a service or purchase a membership, the following terms apply:

• Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required before a session is confirmed or a kit is dispatched.
• Bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your booking by email within two business days.
• We reserve the right to adjust our prices with reasonable prior notice.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our approach to cancellations is as follows:

• Topic Briefing Session: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full credit or rescheduling at no charge. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a credit.
• Paperwork Starter Kit: Once dispatched or digitally delivered, the kit is non-refundable. If you have not yet received it, please contact us promptly.
• Knowledge Membership: Memberships may be cancelled at any time, but no pro-rata refund is provided for unused months. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information through our contact form or during sessions.
• Use our materials, templates, or session content for commercial redistribution without our written consent.
• Attempt to access or interfere with any part of our website systems in an unauthorised manner.
• Post or share content in our community sessions or question board that is abusive, defamatory, or off-topic.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vestara website — including text, layout, educational materials, templates, and session recordings — is the property of Vestara or its contributors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may use our materials for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or modification for any other purpose requires our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• Vestara provides all information and materials on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that general educational content is complete, current, or free of errors.
• We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information presented in our sessions or materials.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.
